Only quality spices & sauces used

Our Special Spice grind consists of Coriander, Cumin, Garlic, Mustard seed, Black pepper, Oregano, Thyme, White pepper, Green & Pink pepper corns, Chilli and Paprika.

Top quality meat makes for a great spitbraai

We only use A1 grade meats. Karan Beef is our supplier of choice. Tender meat is what you can expect at one of our braais. Lamb is free range from the Uppington area of the Northern Cape.

We braai for 30 up to 3000 and more people

Whether a small celebration at home or a large corporate function we can organise every thing from tables, chairs, cutlery & crockery, decor and staffing.

Spit Braais come in all sizes and flavours. From company functions to birthdays or reunions—nothing sets the atmosphere for a summertime gathering better than the aromas of char-grilled cooking, prepared on-site by our catering staff. Whether you choose from one of our favourite Spit Braai Menus or allow us to design you a custom menu, we will assist you in planning the extras that will make your Spit Braai a truly special occasion.
