Our Story

A Touch of Spice Catering has a wide range of delicious menus to choose from including , finger food, bowl food, and formal dinners. We also have seasonal menus including picnics, barbecues and spit roasts.

From our Sandton base we are ideally located to cater for all types of corporate and private events in Johannesburg. Our professional team will help you organise and cater for your corporate event, summer braais, Christmas parties and special occasions such as weddings, engagement parties, birthdays and anniversaries and office farewells.

Executive Chef - Founder

With over 40 years in hospitality he has a depth of experience to call on. From hotels, running restaurants in London and owning several successful restaurants in Johannesburg Paul has been at the helm at A Touch of Spice catering & Events for 20 years.



Sous Chef

With over 25 years in the kitchen, she is a key member of our team. Numbers don’t frighten her whether is cooking for 10 or a party of 350 people Gertrude is unfazed.



Function Manager

Steven manages our functions and logistics , and organises all the staffing for functions. He also is pretty handy in the kitchen.
